Josh is a co-founder of the Roslyn Networking Group, and a partner in his Firm’s Land Use, Zoning, and Municipal Law Practice Group. Josh represents property owners, developers, municipalities, religious institutions, and health systems across Long Island. He specializes in securing land use entitlements—including variances, subdivisions, conditional use, and other discretionary approvals for his clients.

Outside his practice, Josh is the founder and Chair of the School Engagement Subcommittee of the Nassau County Bar Association’s Community Relations and Public Education Committee. Under his leadership, the subcommittee launched Nassau County’s first elementary and middle school mock trial program and spearheaded several civic education initiatives. A former educator with nearly a decade of classroom and leadership experience, Josh remains committed to supporting the next generation of leaders.
